Service Partner.

As a TERRA Premium Service Partner, we are both a contracting and an executing service partner for TERRA systems. For eligible, booked TERRA server service products, agreed 4- or 24-hour on-site services are delivered, depending on the service location, by B.I.T. or a partner in the WORTMANN service network. Availability and scope are determined by the respective service product.

The service time belongs to the booked TERRA service product and is not a blanket response commitment for other B.I.T. enquiries.
